I appreciated that all rooms were equipped with WiFi service and that there was a computer with internet and printer available for common use in the lobby. The fitness center was also perhaps the most extensive of any hotel I have ever been to (including more upscale hotels). Thanks for a lovely - and cost effective! - stay!"

Everyone had something nice to say. The food was outstanding as usual. I've been coming up to the Meadowmere for almost 20 years with friends and now my family is all talking about coming back again as a good time was had by all. They also liked that there was a lot to do even in the rain. Again, thanks for running a great place."

They were very friendly even though we asked for a new room assignment away from children and busy areas. Assisted us in having a weekend away from it all! We were able to enjoy some peace and made us feel very relaxed and secure in our needs. They were the front desk employees every property should have. Treat them well they are excellent with customer service!!! I am not only a outside travel agent for an agency in the Albany, NY area but an instructor in an hospitality associate degree program. Wish some of our students had real life education from Stuart and Sheila at your property!!! I am looking forward to our next visit with your property. we visit at least twice a year and enjoy your hospitality and especially employees like Stuart and Sheila. Thank you!"

The phone reservations were GREAT I spoke with a gentleman who was very helpful and fun to deal with. The dinner in town was the best food and the best value I have had in awhile. Martin, February 20, 2008: "For the past twenty two years (maybe more) our family has been coming to the Meadowmere Resort. This annual event started with my mother (now deceased) and father presenting gift packages to their five children and spouses so we would be able to have time together. This gift has continued all these years along with each couple returning separately during the year. Years ago all five siblings started giving frequent packages to our children for the same purpose. Many friends have also visited the Meadowmere because of our recommendation. Every stay we meet other quests and end up proudly telling them how many years we have been continuously coming back to the Meadowmere. It may sound funny but we are proud of our record. My father, who is now 83 years old, has continued to present gift packages because he values the importance of his children getting together at a place where we can catch up and enjoy each others company. Our parents gifts obviously has expanded to frequent and many stays at the Meadowmere Resort. Obviously we all greatly enjoy our stay at the Meadowmere and will continue our annual get away even after my father is unable to give the gifts. Thank You!"

My family and I went for a three day get away before Christmas and it is now going to be an annual event. It was so relaxing to read in the hot tub, work out, and walk to town to eat. The PEOPLE were terrific, especially the night person at the desk-Stuart was his name I think. He was professional, accomodating, personal and extremely helpful (as was everyone else but we just happened to have a lot of questions in the evenings). When there was the storm everyone called MC's and kept us updated if they would be open for dinner. Love our little get away in Ogunquit.Want to come back for a few days in the summer too. We took my mom for her 82nd birthday last summer."

David, December 15, 2007: "We have stayed at the Meadowmere twice, and I see little reason to look into other hotels in the area. Everything we need is available on-site, and the staff are friendly and fantastic. We arrived during a snow storm that shut down most of the coast from Portland to Kittery. The staff, however, located restaurants that were still open, had our room rate adjusted from the dining pkg price to the standard price before we even arrived (And they had called us at home to let us know the restauant was closed), and the parking lot they asked us to stay in had also recently been plowed. The service and value at Meadowmere can't get much better."

There was a small mistake with the reservations and my credit card, but the staff corrected the issue quickly and efficiently, so I think it's worth mentioning. Problem resolution is just as important as the superior service you offer, and I really have no complaints. The place we intended on going to dinner was closed, and the concierge actually got menus faxed for us, and called our reservations for us!"
