Front Desk Team

Positions require individuals to providing quality guest service to all of our guests and visitors as directed by the Assistant Manager. Some of the duties would include, but not limited to: Maximizing guest service while simultaneously maximizing property profit. Greet and register guests in an efficient and friendly manner. Acquaint guests with services available in the area. Promote and sell resort amenities. Accurately follow accounting procedures. Ensure guest security by the proper handling of guest and visitors keys.

Maintenance Team

Positions require individuals to maintain hotel rooms and public areas as directed by the Director of Engineering. Some of the duties would include, but not limited to: Provide timely and professional manpower assistance and backup to facilitate opening/closing and operation of assigned location. Operation/use of pick-up, small power tools, shovels, rakes and other maintenance tools. Perform lifting, shoveling, clean-up work, snow and ice removal, painting and assist in general maintenance work. Perform non-related job tasks as necessary. Comply with all current related safety and health requirements.

Housekeeping Team

Positions require individuals to clean hotel rooms and public areas as directed by the Executive Housekeeper. Some of the duties would include, but not limited to: strip and remake beds, vacuum, dust, clean bathrooms and more depending on the room. Deep cleaning and seasonal cleaning are done as directed. All rooms must be cleaned to hotel standards, room supplies are to be maintained, and all rooms will be inspected.

Food & Beverage Team

Positions require individuals to providing quality food and beverage service to all of our guests and visitors as directed by the Food & Beverage Manager. Some of the duties would include, but not limited to: Bartending, Line Cook, Waitstaff, Cocktail Service, Host/Hostess. Service areas include West Meadow Pub, Common Areas, and Group Sales events. Service times include breakfast, lunch, and lite pub fare.

Seasonal Positions

Seasonal positions are available for our Front Desk, Pub and Housekeeping teams. Applications for seasonal employment begin March 1st of that calendar year.
