"I wanted to let you know about our stay. We arrived on bicycles from Arundel, ME - not being that familiar with the backroads, we took Route 1 into Ogunquit - greated by Michelle - needless to say, she went out of her way with the help of Carrie and they put together maps and written directions so we could take the long way, through the back roads back to Arundel on our way home. Not only did she put these maps together, on her way home, she clocked the mileage called back to Carrie at the front desk and left me a voice message telling me how miles it was back this way. I am also in the customer service business and I may say your staff was tremendous!! They truly went above and beyond!! Thank you!! and yes, we will be back ----" Karenlee, October 2009
