Resort Upgrades, New Getaways & Marginal Way in Maine!
Each off season we look to improve - this year is filled with exciting upgrades and new ways to escape!
Country Squire Renovations
Our seasonal building is upgrading in so many ways - From additional king rooms to new air conditioning to beautiful spreads and linens. Open each April thru November, the Country Squire became part of the Meadowmere family in 1998 and has undergone extensive exterior and interior upgrades to bring the accommodations into our property. We hope you can enjoy this upcoming season!
South Meadow Fitness Center
Our award winning health club has added new equipment, including the ARC, and will soon feature upgraded locker room areas for both Men and Women. The new look will give a spacious spa feel to the rooms - making a relaxing steam or sauna even more delightful.
Make the Grade Getaways!
Good grades are good things. We know kids - and mom and dad - work hard to make the grade. Which makes school vacation all the more reason to have fun! Our hotel is rewarding homework, attendance and being the teacher's pet with a new school vacation special: Show us your current report card from any middle or grade school and you could save 20% during school breaks. Visit Make the Grade Getaways online.

Marginal Way – Supporting An Ogunquit Treasure
Are you a fan of Marginal Way? In the New Year, you can log onto a redesigned web site of the Marginal Way Preservation Fund at www.marginalwayfund.org
The Preservation Fund, a nonprofit charitable organization, will have interviews with Helen Horn, who heads the Marginal Way Committee; Dr. Arthur Hussey, a geologist; and Tom Fortier, the Town Manager of Ogunquit. The interactive site offers a history of the Marginal Way, photos, events, new donation programs and a map to download of the Marginal Way. A vintage postcard slide show and a song, “I Know a Place,” about one experience of walking the Marginal Way, are included.
"The new sea-glass-colored web design was developed by Wendy Clark", according to Marginal Way Preservation Fund Development Director, Catherine Palmer. “The interactive pages better serve our giving community and all who want to know the many ways they can help."
