“Nothing – you folks run a wonderful operation. Well, maybe (and this really can’t be fixed easily) the size of the bathroom – kind of tight). BUT – we’ve stayed at places all over the world at all kinds of hotels including the Four Seasons, Marriotts, etc., and have been to Ogunquit at least 6 times, and were totally blown away by the friendliness, absolute cleanliness, and obsession to quality that your staff shows at every turn. Your staff were the BEST I’ve EVER dealt with at any hotel/motel. They made me feel like I was the only person that they were concerned with. To be honest, when we’ve driven by your property in the past, we just assumed it was a fancy motel and never considered staying there, or realized the “goodies” awaiting the guest in the back and throughout the property until we received a gift certificate. WOW – were we pleasantly surprised. We LOVED our stay at your resort. We hated to leave. Every detail is attended to, from check-in to check-out. Keep up the good work!”
