As many of our guests know, the Meadowmere is always improving. A little over a year ago, a new effort began with e-comment cards. Each guest with an email on file is invited after their stay to provide feedback to us via an online form. And believe us, we read every form. In fact, the forms are checked daily and given to the appropriate manager to review based on the scores and feedback. Maybe it is obsessive, but we think if you took the time to visit our resort, we should take the time to listen.

Recently, we added a page to our Ogunquit hotel’s website to share some of that feedback. Every quote is real – directly from our guests. Happily, we have wonderful fans and thank each guest for taking the time to share their thoughts with us.
