If you are a fan of the local music scene, then you have encountered Lex & Joe. Strumming their way through classic tunes and their own specialties, Lex & Joe have entertained our guests in our Pub, at local restaurants and have been a staple for great live music.

Lex, one half of the blues swing duo, is a familiar face around town. Gregarious and witty, he’s likely to be the best little conversation you have all day – when you just went to get the mail.

Unfortunately, our friend suffered a debilitating injury and infection. After several surgeries and ongoing treatment, Lex will make a recovery and (we hope!) light up a room with tunes again soon. But such care was beyond the means of our friend and that’s where Lexapalooza comes in – a night of musicians, food and fun to benefit Lex. With a silent auction, free food from some of Ogunquit’s best restaurants and live bands, all proceeds go to Lex’s medical bills and help get our friend back on his feet, swinging to the blues beat again.
