- Sheila had just checked in a guest who was here to celebrate her birthday. Guest did not like the layout of her suite, there were no other suites available so Sheila gave her a 10% off of her stay and a box of chocolates for her birthday. The guest thanked Sheila and told her it was very sweet of her. Guest called down to the desk the next morning and had enjoyed herself so much and was so happy with Sheila’s assistance and customer service that she decided to stay another night.
- Let me give you a hand! Brandon was refilling the coffee in the pub when he was approached by one our guests who asked if we had a tray she could borrow to bring back coffee for the “sleepy heads” in her party. He was unable to find a tray so he carried the extra coffees up to her room.
- Janet was escorting a lost guest to the lobby, during their walk she inquired if there was anything that the guest needed. She admitted that she had forgotten her toothbrush and that was why she was looking for the lobby. Janet offered to get the toothbrush for her and placed it in her room to save the guest the trip.
- Lumpy pillows are just not comfortable. Janet noticed that one of the pillows in the room she was cleaning was lopsided and lumpy she replaced the pillow for the guest. The guest made sure to seek her out and thank her for replacing the pillow. She slept much better!
