- Sheila received a call from a soon to be mom who was looking for a little getaway before their new bundle of joy arrived. The guest shared with Sheila that they had been married for 15 years and this was their first child, in fact she hadn’t even realized that she was pregnant. The guest inquired about one of our Jacuzzi rooms, Sheila being a mom herself and also a grammy advised the guest to check with her doctor first to see if a Jacuzzi tub would be alright for her to use. The guest remembered that she was advised not to take hot baths. She suggested a lovely room with a balcony that overlooked the garden. The guest was thankful for the time and advise that she shared and is looking forward to her pre-baby vacation.
- A little candle light to set the mood. Arianna had just completed making reservations for a young couple who was visiting the resort for their honeymoon. She made note of their arrival later in the week and had a scented candle and note congratulating them placed in the room for their arrival.
- Owww, my aching back! Janet was working in the South building and she greeted a guest who was returning to his room, she noticed the guest looked hunched over and inquired if he was ok. The guest mentioned that he had injured his back and was still recovering. She noticed the guest had booked a Luxury Suite with Jacuzzi tub and left a jar of stress relieving salts to soak with and a note attached wishing him to feel better soon.
