This week’s stories!

Celebrate Maine with Summerfest! See what Maine has to offer and check out this family fun festival. From tractor rides, live music, local arts and crafts, market place and BBQ contest there is something sure to please everyone. Heat too much for you? Cool down poolside with refreshments from our West Meadow Pub, the grill is open and happy hour is happening!

  • Let me get that for you. Celia was working in the Country Squire building when she notice three older ladies who were departing from their room with what looked like some heavy luggage. She offered her assistance and carried each of the ladies’ bags to their vehicle and wished them happy and safe travels. The guests were so surprised by her kindness that they made sure to let management know before leaving for home.
  • It pays to be a local or know someone who lives locally when traveling in an unknown area, many travelers rely on the graciousness of those who live and work to provide suggestions on what to do and where to go. Alec noticed a guest in the parking lot who had a local area map and looked a little confused, he asked if he could help and gave the guest pointers on the best way to get to the beach and the best deals on parking.
  • I can see clearly now. Jeremey and Travis were walking through the Country Squire when they noticed a guest bent over and appeared to be looking for something. It turned out that the guest had dropped her glasses and one of the lenses had popped out. They located the lens for the guest and helped her repair them until a more permanent fix could be made when the guest returned home.
