This Week’s Stories!
We are thankful for all of our guests and for the memories made, we are also thankful for our amazing team who help make these wonderful stories for us to share. What are you thankful for this Thanksgiving? Still not decided what to do for the holidays, how about a mini-vacation to Ogunquit. Come and see what fall brings to Maine with shopping and dining that is sure to please your style and taste-buds!
- We’ve all been there, the moment when you realize you left your car’s interior light on and you are out of juice. The front desk received a call from a guest requesting assistance with a jump start of their vehicle. The battery pack was unable to be located. Crystal heard the radio call and offered her assistance. She had jumper cables in her car, she drove her car around to where the guest was stranded and Andy helped her jump start the guest’s vehicle. The guest’s car started right up and they were on their way out to enjoy the day.
- It’s scary when you are lost in a new environment as an adult it is even more intimidating as a child. Trisha was stocking her cart when she noticed one of our young guests walking up and down the hallway, she greeted him and asked if she could help him find something. The boy admitted that he was on his way to the pool with his father and brother when they got separated. She escorted the young guest to the pool and grabbed him a pool towel along the way. The dad and brother were happy to see their lost party member and thanked Trisha for her help.
