• A little small talk can go a long way. While Kyle was checking in two of our guests he noticed that they were here celebrating a birthday, while wishing them a happy birthday and talking about where to go to dinner the guest also mentioned that it was their anniversary. He noted the special occasions on the guest’s profile so that we would already know for their next anniversary & birthday visit and had a box of chocolates brought to their room.
