This Week’s Stories!

Well Nemo was a real doozie but we made it and we even had a little fun! Guess that Punxsutawney Phil wasn’t quite right about the early spring and we are willing to bet he has thrown in the towel and returned to his burrow. We got 30 inches of snow and the tides were wild and angry, mother nature really showed us what she’s got!

  • We give our staff the opportunity every day to make every stay a success and every guest interaction a memorable one. Janet was looking over her daily service list when she noticed that one of our guests was celebrating a birthday, after her shift she stopped and purchased a birthday card and candy for the guest and placed the items in the guest’s room during the next day’s stay over service.

“Good leaders must first become good servants.” – Robert Greenleaf

Thank you for letting us share this week’s service stories with you. Each week we hope our little differences help bring a smile to your face – remember, service is not dead. It just took a vacation to Maine!
