- When you spend so much time with people you can pick up on the different pitches in voice and overall demeanor and tell when something just isn’t right. We aim to please and are also genuinely interested in our guests needs and wants. Kyle booked a guest who sounded a little upset on the phone during booking, the guest mentioned that there were having a hard time and just needed to get away. He booked their reservation and had a box of chocolates placed in their room with a note wishing them well. Kyle listened to the guest and identified that there was an issue and used his service tools to make the guest’s stay more memorable.
- Will you be my Valentine? Janet decorated one of her arrival rooms with swans and hearts for a special surprise for their special day.
- Did you lose something? Crystal was cleaning in the theater room when she found a child’s book. Remembering the family that has just departed she brought the book with her and found the family in the pool, she returned the book to the little girl who was very happy as it was a library book and she didn’t want to lose her privileges.
