This Week's Stories!

We have had lots of family vacations over the years and we love to watch the familes as they grow and as the children grow up. What is your favorite family vacation memory? Isn't it fun how Dad is always a goofball and Mom is always smiling and you don't want to pull your sisters hair out, family vacations are a time for special memories to get you through the year and remind you why it's so important to make time for the ones you love.

  • A couple who was celebrating a romantic evening away called down to the desk and reported that the nozzle on the hot water for their Jacuzzi was not working, Matt went right up to the room to assist the guest. He tried fixing the nozzle but was unable as the nozzle had to be replaced. He returned to the front desk to see if the gust could be moved, the guest was able to be upgraded to a Luxury Suite in the South building with Jacuzzi and Fireplace. He brough up the new packet and keys to the guest and helped them move their items and settle into their new room, the guests were delighted with his serive and his attention to their needs from beginning to end.
