  • There is nothing like a hot cup of tea when you are feeling under the weather. That tea is even more soothing when it is delivered to your door with a big smile. Celia was working in the East building when the guest who’s room she was attending mentioned that she was not feeling well, she asked if there was anything that she could get for the guest. The guest replied that she would love a cup of tea, Celia retrieved the hot cup of tea for the guest and delivered it to her room with a couple of extra tea bags and a big smile wishing her well.
  • Our love is like a fine wine, it gets better with time! Two of our guests were celebrating their anniversary and Janet noticed this on her daily service sheet, she had a bottle of wine and made swans for their bed, the guest was so surprised not only had they splurged to upgrade their stay to a Luxury Suite with Jacuzzi tub and fireplace but now they had a wonderful bottle of wine to enjoy in front of the fire.
