This Week’s Stories!
We hope everyone is recovering well from Cinco de Mayo and you didn’t eat the worm! Now we can officially begin the countdown to Memorial Day Weekend, check out our package deals. May is here and hopefully the warmer weather is here to stay as well! It’s been sunny and warm everyday but the nights are still chilly, perfect for cuddling up with the one you love in front of the fireplace.
- One of our guests was having difficulty with the key to her room, Whitney asked if she could be of help. The guest admitted that she had placed the key next to her cell phone and was afraid that it was deactivated the only issue was that she had a lot of luggage and did not want to lug everything back to the desk to get the key re-activated. Whitney verified the guest’s identity and then returned to the front desk form the guest and had the key re-activated and then returned the key to the guest.
- There is no sweeter way to celebrate an anniversary then with chocolate. Janet noticed that two of our guests were celebrating their anniversary, she bought them a box of chocolates and placed the sweet treat in their room for their return.
“Happiness resides not in possessions and not in gold; the feeling of happiness dwells in the soul.” – Democritus
