This Week’s Stories!
It’s raining, it’s pouring, the old man is snoring – don’t stay in bed, get up and get out with us! Join us at our Maine coastal resort and relax, dine and shop. Looking for a little indulgence why not get a massage at our Maine spa resort? Don’t let the rain make you blue come and paint the town red, Ogunquit is the place to be and soon it will be bustling with busy vacationers and beach goers!
- One of our guests had twisted her ankle but did not want to go to the hospital, the guest was very embarrassed about the situation but was in pain when she tried to walk or put any weight on her ankle. Matt went to Ogunquit Remedies the local pharmacy and purchased an ankle wrap for the guest to give her a little support so she could get around and did not have to go to the hospital.
- I may not have what you need, but I will find a way to get it. Tracy was working with a guest who had booked our efficiency suite and was upset and wanted cooking utensils and a few extra drying towels for the dishes, she did not have immediate access to the items that the guest had requested but purchased the items for the guest and had them delivered to the room. She gave them such personal attention and let the guest know while the beginning of their stay had not been perfect that she truly cared and was there to help, the guest was very grateful for her assistance and going the extra mile to make their stay a success!
- Celia was cleaning a room when the guest returned and was looking fervently for their cell phone charger, the guest was upset as his phone was about to die and he seemed to have misplaced his charger. They determined that Celia’s cell phone may have the same kind of cell phone so she retrieved her charger for the guest to use during his stay. The guest returned upon his departure and sang her praises for being so generous with her personal property.
