  • Wait, wait you forgot something…Who doesn’t fret about leaving their belongings behind when traveling, Whitney was cleaning in the West Meadow Building and had just entered a room in which the guest had just departed as she began to clean up the room she noticed a tablet cover left on the bedside table. She closed up the room and went down to the West lot where
she found the guest still packing their vehicle. The guest was delighted and thanked her for returning the item to them avoiding returning later for the item or paying to have the item shipped to them.
  • There is a first time for everything and it’s never to late to fulfill a life long dream. Ellyse received a call at the front desk for a women looking to set up a surprise trip to Maine for her elderly parents, her parents had always wanted to visit Maine and now that they were retired finally had the time to do so, Ellyse made suggestions on things to see and do and made the reservation for the guest as well as set a note for the guests’ arrival to include a local map and things to do in the area during their stay.
