This Week’s Stories!

School’s out for summer! You know what that means – Mom, hey Mom what are we going to do today, I’m bored! Take them to the place where you can relax while they tucker themselves out in the pool or treasure hunting on Ogunquit’s sandy beach. Enjoy all our Maine Family Resort has to offer and take advantage of all of the amenities rain or shine.

  • Bernice was doing her laundry on her day off when she was approached by a guest and asked if she worked here, she greeted guest and asked how she could be of assistance.  The guest inquired if he could have some additional amenities so she retrieved them for the guest even though it was her day off and she was not on the clock. In Bernice’s words “It was my pleasure to help, I will do whatever it takes to satisfy every guest, every day, every stay.”
  • It’s never too late to try something new! While Janet was inspecting rooms in the Country Squire building she greeted a guest and he told her that he had been enjoying our resort for 25 years! She asked if the guest had ever stayed in one of our Luxury suites, he stated the hadn’t and would love to see one, she closed up the room she was inspecting and escorted the guest to the Luxury suite. The guest was so impressed and thrilled with the suite that he booked his next stay in the Luxury suite before leaving and looks forward to his 40th Stay in the Luxury accommodations.
