This Week’s Stories!

What a scorcher! The beach was hopping with bathing beauties and surf riders all looking for some escape from the heat! If the heat has you feeling like an ice cube in the desert come and relax with us – we have pool side service so you don’t even have to leave your lounge chair!   • Everyone can use a boost every now and then and we are happy to oblige. Josh was working one evening he received a luggage request call that turned into a great moment to make the difference for the guest. Upon his arrival to the guest’s room with their luggage the guest was plagued by how to get into he deluxe king bed. Josh didn’t hesitate and quickly returned with a bed side stool for the guest to easily gain access in and out of bed, he also returned with ice for the guest as upon his departure to retrieve the cot he overheard the guest mention that they would need ice for thier beverages.
  • We are a wifi generation and we rely so frequently on internet access for our news, keeping in touch with loved ones and just about everything else. Alex was walking through the main building when a guest stopped and asked him for the internet password, he assisted the guest with the password and also pointed out other important information on the weekly newsletter to help the guest enjoy and take full advantage of their stay.
