This Week’s Stories!
Memories are made by the sea! What’s your favorite memory? For this week, many family’s made memories here at our Maine family vacation resort. With the glorious sun shining and populated streets of Ogunquit, families strolled to Perkins Cove to buy their children the infamous Ogunquit, Maine sweatshirts as souvenirs after a fun-filled day at the beach.
- During the summer season when things are busy and the people are bustling our parking lots canfill up quickly, we reserve one spot per reservation and do our best to direct guests to the most convenient parking for their room. Kyle was working at the front desk when he noticed someone looking for parking. He assisted the guest to his spot as he was leaving property for the day. the guest was delighted and Kyle felt great about making their stay a success!
- Alec, our houseman, chatted up a guest about the good ole Red Sox and their season thus far! Who doesn’t like a good old fashion conversation about the ups and downs of being a Boston Red Sox fan.
- In room gifts are gestures to show our appreciation of guests and their returning business. This week Kyle, our front desk agent, provided guests with a wine and cheese voucher to enjoy a complimentary glass or wine and a plate of cheese in our West Meadow Pub, this was accompanied by a “Welcome Back” note, we love to see our repeats!
