This Week’s Stories!
This coming weekend we have a romantic Maine getaway as multiple couples celebrated their anniversaries, three big ones of 20th, 25th, and 30th! Don’t worry we got their secrets, you just need to come visit to hear them yourself! This weekend also is a special one for guests we have celebrating a wedding here in Ogunquit. Come celebrate and make your memories here at the Meadowmere where family and friends means everything..
• Janet and Crystal, two of our outstanding housekeepers, noticed a room whose two guests had not used their coffee mugs yet.. The ladies automatically thought that the guests may need spoons so they retrieved them in case! How thoughtful 🙂
• Tori, one of our observant and caring housekeepers, noticed that a guest was going through an awfully lot of tissues and had cold medicine on the counter top. Tori sensed that someone most likely was sick so she gave them an extra box of tissues anticipating their needs.
“Merely satisfying customers will not be enough to earn their loyalty. Instead, they must experience exceptional service worthy of their repeat business and referral. Understand the factors that drive this customer revolution.” – Rick Tate
Thank you for letting us share this week’s service stories with you. Each week we hope our little differences help bring a smile to your face – remember, service is not dead. It just took a vacation to Maine!
