•  Jackie, one of our housekeepers, was at the front desk Friday morning when an older guest passed behind her and lost his balance. Jackie quickly caught his arm and prevented him from forcefully hit the ground. He could have really hurt himself if she hadn’t been there to sturdy his fall to the ground.
