This week, many came to celebrate Halloween, see all of the outrageous
decorations and costumes in town, and gather their favorite candies. What a
great way to end the month! Now don't forget

• Marlene, one of our housekeepers, was cleaning a room
when she found a phone charger. She found the guests outside packing up their
car and returned the charger. The mother was so ecstatic she gave Marlene
a big hug because she would have been so upset if she forgot it!
• Unloading when on vacation can be tough when all you want to do is hit the pool or go out into town.. Ronnie, a runner of
the Meadowmere's, observed a guest struggling to open a door to the building
who just arrived to our Southern Maine resort. Ronnie quickly went to assist
and offered assistance with luggage if needed. The guest was eased by his
"Merely satisfying customers will not be enough to earn their
loyalty. Instead, they must experience exceptional service worthy of their
