This Week’s Stories!

This weekend further north in Camden, Maine the Toboggan U.S. National Championships Competitors will experience first hand flying down the 400-foot-long chute out onto a frozen pond. If this is your first time joining the race you may focus more on the costumes, but don’t forget to aim for speed; regular riders will be eager to pass you!

• Guests were headed to the front desk with their used pool towels thinking they had to return them there. While passing by, Janet, our housekeeper, noticed this and saved the guests the trip by taking the towels for them.

• While in the pub getting creamers for guests, some guests were looking for plastic bowls and spoons for breakfast. Janet retrieved the items for them to enjoy their breakfast in bed. What a treat!

• In the morning it’s a struggle to do anything without coffee. Some guests were confused on the coffee maker in the room. Janet showed them how to use it in addition to providing them with extra coffee to ease their morning.
