Hannah was assisting a guest in the Business Center as they were having difficulty printing an image from Facebook. As she was helping them the guest shared with her a tragic story regarding the image. Once the printing was done and Hannah knew just how much this meant to our guest she went to get a fresh color printer cartridge to ensure the image came out as best it could.
Matt was assisting a guest in our Presidential Suite when they inquired about bathrobes; unfortunately we didn’t have any available. During their conversation Matt learned these guests were celebrating their 25th Wedding Anniversary so he sent them a gift bag full of chocolates and Ogunquit Post Cards to sweeten their stay and memories of the Meadowmere!
