Now that the quiet season has arrived in Southern Maine, many a hotel, reception venue, florist, baker and more are off to wedding shows. Brides-to-be are dreaming of the perfect wedding day and searching out the vendors to make their dreams come true. Likely in tow are maid-of-honor, mothers-of-brides, a few fathers-of-brides and the occasionally groom-to-be. Goody bags, champagne and bridal magazines abound. Let the wedding planning begin!
